Kim Kardashian revealed for the latest teaser for its upcoming 10th season involving "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" she and husband Kanye West are usually getting busy 'round the clock in an attempt to be able to conceive a great second child.
"I've been having sex 500 times a day," ones 34-year-old reality star tells her horrified sister Khloe Kardashian.

In the trailer Kim lay's down on a couch and exclaims "I've been having sex 500 times a day".
The Wests have been very vocal on trying to have their baby No. 2.
