Pakistani Court Sentences Breast Feeding Mother and Husband To 26years Of Imprisonment

 On tuesday Pakistani actress Veena Malik,her husband and the CEO of Pakistani Media house,GEO TV,were sentenced to 26 years of imprisonment by an anti-terrorism court for playing a religious song during her mock wedding on the channel last year.According to hindustantimes.com.
In an interview
with Hindustantimes,Veena said she hasn't done anything offensive.





She told Hindustantimes,

Veena said she is a true-born , educated muslim and comes from a good family.She said she cannot even think of offending her religion.
Veena feels people are conspiring against her for publicity.The actor says that she had put in a plea for the court to give her time to return after she has given birth to sort the matter,but the proceedings continued in her absence.

Veena said, "I was pregnant when i was told of this.I told the authorities to wait till december so that i can also present my side infront of the coutt,but they went ahead when i was not even present in Pakistan.
