Dr. Munroe is his Nation's youngest recipient of the Queens Birthday Honors of the Oder of the British Empire(OBE) Award 1998,which was bestowed on him by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth of England for his spiritual and social contributions to the national development of his nations,the Bahamas.
He has also been honored by the government of the Bahamas with the silver Jubilee Award(SJA) for providing twenty-five years of outstanding service to the Bahamas in the category of Spiritual,Social and Religious development.
Dr Munroe's greatest blessings in his life is his dedicated wife,Ruth Munroe and their two kids,Myles Chairo and Charisa; he says that his family is his greatest responsibility and his marriage his most sacred trust.
