Power 106’s Big Boy asked Nick to name five celebrities he’s slept with in an interview five months ago — to which he answered, “Mariah Carey, Christina Milian, Nicole Scherzinger, Selita Ebanks and Kim Kardashian.




Mariah felt humiliated and was furious with Nick over one name — Kim, TMZ reports. At the time, Nick spoke out to Howard Stern, who said he heard Mariah was upset.
“She doesn’t even know who Kim Kardashian is. She doesn’t pay attention to that,” he answered.
HollywoodLife.com asked Nick is Mariah really doesn’t know who Kim is (because is that really possible?), and he laughed it off, telling us that she doesn’t watch reality TV.

COURT: SHAKIRA'S NEW SINGLE BREAKS COPYRIGHT LAW

 A federal judge has found that a hit song performed by Colombian pop star Shakira was indirectly copied from another songwriter's work.

New York Judge Alvin Hellerstein, said Shakira's Spanish-language version of Loca, released in 2010, had infringed on a song by Dominican singer Ramon Arias Vazquez.

The Spanish version  a collaboration with Dominican rapper Eduard Edwin Bello Pou, better known as El Cata  was widely released as a single around the world and went on to sell more than five million copies.

Loca was also included on Shakira's 2010 released album Sale el Sol and topped Billboard Magazine's Latin charts.

In the ruling on Tuesday, Judge Hellerstein said that while the hit single had been based on an earlier version of a song recorded by Bello [El Cata], it had been copied from Arias Vasquez's original song.

"There is no dispute that Shakira's version of the song was based on Bello's version,"  said the judge, in his ruling.

 "Accordingly, I find that, since Bello had copied Arias, whoever wrote Shakira's version of the song also indirectly copied Arias," he concluded.

The ruling is a victory for the plaintiff, Mayimba Music, which holds the rights to Arias's work and which sued Sony Corp of America and several other Sony units in 2012.

The judge found only two of them liable, Sony/ATV Latin and Sony/ATV Discos, for distributing the Latina star's song.

However Hellerstein dismissed claims that Shakira's English version of the track - featuring Dizzie Rascal - infringed on copyright laws, citing a lack of evidence.

BEYONCE AND JAY-Z DIVORCE RUMOUR--TINA KNOWLES PUTS AN END TO THE RUMOUR

Mother always knows best. So when Tina Knowles says Beyonce and Jay Z are doing just fine, she's probably right.
A TMZ cameraman caught up with Knowles as she was leaving a lunch date with Kelly Rowland at Via Alloro in Beverly Hills on Wednesday, Aug. 20. He decided to ask her about the rumors surrounding her daughter and son-in-law and, in a rare moment, she answered.
"Haters gonna be haters and there's nothing we can do about that," Knowles said. When asked if everything is OK between Beyonce and Jay Z, she responded: "Everything's perfect." And she can't be bothered with what the tabloids are writing about the two: "I just don't even read the bull, you know?"
Well said, Mama Knowles.
Rumors of a possible Beyonce and Jay Z split have been circulating for months. Back in May, it appeared Beyonce had her IV engagement tattoo removed from her ring finger.

 The powerhouse couple is still touring for On The Run, which will go through mid-September. Beyonce will perform at the MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday, Aug. 24, and accept the coveted Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award. Maybe she will use the moment to quash the breakup rumors once and for all?

Video:Bill Cosby Brings Up Birthday Sex on the ‘Tonight Show’

Bill Cosby appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Monday and showed us that his age certainly hasn’t caused any drop off in his sense of humor. Besides giving Fallon a hard time about impersonating him, the former star of The Cosby Show talked about his recent 77th birthday, which apparently involved sex. You read that right–the man many know as Cliff Huxtable talked about getting birthday sex.
 
 Before we get down to the nitty gritty, Bill Cosby started out his appearance on The Tonight Show innocently (and perhaps confusingly) enough by joking around about driving. “We’re here! We’re here on The Fallon Show and we’re waiting for the gas pedal and the clutch and the brake,” Cosby said. “Too many people have hit the deer, and the deer always win. But the ones I don’t understand, I don’t understand the intelligence of a moth.” Check out a clip from Cosby’s appearance below.

Bill Cosby turned 77 last month, on July 12. When Fallon talked to Cosby about his birthday, Cosby revealed that he got a certain gift that many of us wouldn’t expect for a 77-year-old to get–or at least talk about getting. Check out the clip below.
In case you missed any of that, Fallon asked Cosby, “Did you get cake?”
“No, I got my wife,” Cosby replied. “The most frightening thing at age 77 is to hear your wife, who is seven years younger than you, say ‘Keep going!’”
Let’s just say that the reactions to the 77-year-old bringing up his sex life on TV rather varied. First, we had folks who thought The Cos talking about sex was the funniest thing that has happened all month.

US JOURNALIST "JAMES FOLEY" BEHEADED??

 The heartbroken mother of US journalist James Foley says she has never been prouder of her "extraordinary son" who, she said, died trying to expose the world to the suffering of the Syrian people.
Diane Foley also pleaded with the militants responsible for her 40-year-old son's apparent beheading to spare the lives of other "innocent" hostages.

Foley was on assignment in Syria for GlobalPost.

"We thank Jim for all the joy he gave us. He was an extraordinary son, brother, journalist and person," Mrs Foley said.
US authorities have not yet publicly verified the legitimacy of a video, titled A Message To America, which Islamic State insurgents posted online on Tuesday, US time.
The video purportedly showed the beheading of Foley and images of another US journalist, Steven Sotloff, whose life the insurgents said depended on how the United States acted in Iraq.
