APPLE WILL UNVEIL iPHONE 6 ON TUESDAY,SEPTEMBER 9

Apple will unveil the new iPhone 6 on Tuesday, Sept. 9, according to a document obtained by the French website Nowhere Else. We cannot confirm whether the leak is true, but Nowhere Else has a track record of publishing Apple launch materials ahead of Apple's secretive schedule, according to Gizmodo.
The news is not unexpected, of course.

It has been known for months that Apple is planning a launch event for the iPhone 6 in September, the time of year it normally makes big product launch announcements. It was previously reported by Re/code that Apple would hold a launch event on Sept. 9, but if accurate, this would be the first piece of "official" Apple material to confirm the date.
The date comes from a printed package box or insert, the type of which comes with new product promotions. A photo of the box was passed to Nowhere Else by the site's "most trusted Chinese source," the blog says.
This was the same source that leaked, accurately, the fingerprint Touch ID security device prior to the launch of the iPhone 5S, also from printed promo box material.
Gizmodo also warns that the new photo might be a fake.

iPHONE 6 PRICE REVEALED

Most of the views were that the iPhone 6 would generally appear to be an overhaul of the existing iPhone 5s and the cost push up would be majorly due to the bunch of new features added. The price of the iPhone 6 came up back in April when Jeffries analyst Peter Misek revealed that Apple was negotiating with carriers to increase the price of the iPhone 6 by $100 compared to the 5s, which starts at $199 with contract. However, according to TechRadar, the iPhone 6 could be available for as high as $800 without a contract which is double than the original price of the first iPhone in 2007 when it wasn't subsidized by two-year contracts.

The constant increment in price is not favourable to those in the African countries at all.Especially those in Ghana, since their cedi keeps depreciating in value as against the dollar. Maybe Apple should consider the African countries when pricing their products. What do you think??

IPHONE 6: FEATURES MOST SHOPPERS WANT IN IPHONE 6

The 3 Week Diet

The iPhone 6 could be hitting shelves in as soon as a month, and all Apple diehards have their own personal wishlist for the device. Some want a bigger screen, while others desire a sharper camera, but above all else, it seems fans are absolutely clamoring for the near-indestructible sapphire display that the iPhone 6 is rumored to sport.

According to uSell.com’s survey of 1,000 U.S. smartphone owners, 45.5 percent of users want a sapphire screen that can take a beating. An infrared camera was the next most-wanted feature, at 19.2 percent, followed by new health and fitness features, at 10.7 percent. Rounding out the top five features were 3D image functionality (9.5 percent) and smart-home compatibility (7.7 percent).

Samsung Galaxy Alpha Released ????

Samsung's long-rumored Galaxy Alpha smartphone is finally going to become a reality. Samsung is expected to launch two new devices in the coming months. Galaxy Note 4 phablet and Galaxy Alpha smartphone are two highly anticipated Samsung devices that are expected to come out soon.
A news report from Korean MT Media states that Samsung will launch its metal-framed Galaxy Alpha smartphone  on Wednesday, August 13,2014. And the Galaxy Note 4 phablet is expected to launch at IFA trade show in Berlin this year at Samsung's already scheduled “Unpacked” event on September 3rd. Samsung Galaxy S5 sales didn’t meet expectations last quarter. And Samsung is also struggling in the low-end smartphone market internationally due to the launch of cheaper devices.

Now the launch of the highly anticipated devices could help Samsung to boost its sales. The latest report from Samsung Developer Console confirmed that Galaxy Alpha will sport a 720p (1280 x 720) display. Other rumored specs of the premium version of the device include Samsung's new Exynos octa-core processor, 2GB RAM, 32GB internal memory expandable via a Micro SD card, 1850mAh battery and latest Android 4.4 KitKat operating system. But the most notable rumored feature of the upcoming Galaxy Alpha is its metal body that has chambered edges like the latest iPhone smartphones. All Samsung smartphones have plastic bodies and Samsung Galaxy Alpha will be the answer to Apple's iPhone in terms of its metal body. The metal body of Galaxy Alpha shows it is a high-end smartphone. However, the rumored specs of the device are not higher than the Samsung Galaxy S5 smartphone. And these specs are also presumably lower than the upcoming Note 4 phablet. Hence, Samsung Galaxy Alpha might be a mid-tier smartphone as shown by its rumored specs while Galaxy S5 may remain the top end Samsung smartphone even after Alpha's launch. The 3 Week Diet
